So you want to eat when hungry, sleep when tired, right? Zen as heck.

Except, listen up, your circadian rhythm isn’t attuned to a Japanese Zen monastery. You’re a creature of habit, a product of modern society.

Unhitch that wagon from the fantasy and tether it to reality. Let’s spin a yarn about Thomas Edison. The guy tried to replace sleep with micro-naps, convinced he’d be twice as productive. Results? Burnout. Like Edison, you’re not immune to biology. Deny it at your peril. Think you knew that? Ah, but here’s the twist: your biology is a structure.

Your body functions on a set pattern, whether you like it or not. Ignore it, and you’ll find yourself napping under your work desk or devouring everything in sight at midnight. See the connection?
