Ah, Raki, the wheel of karma spins its tales, doesn’t it? I get it, really. The notion that our choices ripple through the cosmos like a stone tossed in a pond, invoking a cycle of suffering and redemption. But humor me for a second and let’s step off that hamster wheel. Picture this: the world is just a stage, and you’re both the actor and the audience—does it make any sense to hold the dream accountable for the script it’s been given?

Your feelings about the consequences of dietary choices are valid, but they exist within the dualistic framework. It’s like getting mad at a dream character for causing havoc in a nightmare. The non-dual view nudges us to wake up, to see that the blame, guilt, or merit we assign to our actions is just another plot twist in the grand narrative.

Here’s a twist for you: pain and suffering don’t care what’s on your plate. They’re teachers, not punishers, showing up to reflect the illusions we cling to. So while your compassion for the suffering caused by dietary choices is a noble sentiment, it’s also part of the game. The trick is to see through it, to recognize that your true nature remains unblemished regardless of what your dream-self is munching on. The real delusion isn’t in what you eat, but in believing that these finite details can ever alter the infiniteness of what you truly are.

Cheers! 🎭
